Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items, customised products, and intimate or sanitary goods.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 5-10 days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it with the same item. Please contact our customer support team to initiate an exchange.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item). If you are returning an item for other reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
